I'm really enjoying this scooter! It holds a charge way longer than I thought it would and has a nice zip to it. Plus, the folding feature makes it super easy to toss in the car solo. Assembly was mostly straightforward, though I did have a bit of a tough time with the front light. The customer service team has been quick to respond to my inquiries, usually within a few hours. I kinda regret getting a different brand for my husband because I would totally choose this scooter for him instead.

As an electrician in NYC, finding a car wasn’t really practical for me. So, I started searching for E-bikes that fit my budget. This one caught my eye and seemed like the best option. After I bought it, it’s been my go-to ride for more than a month now, and I’ve already put over 100 miles on it. I’ve also picked up some accessories that have made the whole experience even better.

After checking out the reviews for this company, I decided to grab my electric scooter from them. When it showed up, it was damaged. I let them know, and they offered to send a replacement part, expecting me to fix it myself. The part was soldered in, and I don’t have the right tools or skills for that, so I suggested they cover the cost of a local repair shop, but they refused. I then proposed returning the whole thing for a replacement, but they told me to keep the battery and other accessories, and they’d just send the scooter. I said, look, I just want my money back, and I’ll buy from someone else. I sent it back, but they only gave me a partial refund, leaving me over $44 short. You can draw your own conclusions; I’m disputing the $44 with my credit card company, and I went ahead and bought the scooter from Walmart.

I’d definitely recommend this super comfy extra wide seat we picked up—got two of 'em and couldn’t be happier with our choices. Installation was a breeze, 10 out of 10, way better than what you find on Amazon. It’s a must-have since we travel for miles and ride for four hours. Thanks a ton, Electric Bike Paradise!

Took me around half an hour to assemble it. Charged the battery for about five hours, then loaded it into my truck. Headed out to the woods and rode for roughly 45 minutes. Still had three bars left on the meter. I really dig this bike; it’s super comfy and a breeze to ride. I’ve been raving about it to my friends and showing it off, and they’re thinking about getting one too. I’m recharging the battery now and planning to hit the trails tomorrow to see how it performs. I’m really pleased with it—wish I had gotten one earlier!

I just received my Daywin e trike. Putting it together was a real 'fun' challenge, and I picked up a whole lot in the process. I was a bit worried about figuring out the gears and shifting, but the throttle and pedal assist make it easy for me to keep learning and get the hang of it. It's a blast to ride, and man, is it gorgeous!

My kid is super into his new go-kart. I was really blown away by how well it was packed. It looks like it works just as promised, though I haven't had a chance to test the range yet. I would surely suggest buying from this company; they contacted me about my happiness with the go-kart right after it got here. Very pleased!

I am very let down. This company DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR LOW PRICE GUARANTEE. For a month now, I've been trying to get my refund. They keep telling me that the other authorized dealer is now adding shipping costs, so they can't assist me. I submitted my request just 10 days after buying, including links to 2 other authorized dealers that had no shipping fees and much better prices. As a senior, I find this kind of business really misleading. So much for claiming 100% customer satisfaction!! AVOID BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I can't recommend this bike shop enough! The whole process was super smooth, and the customer service is top-notch. I got the Rambo Venom, and it totally surpassed what I was hoping for.

After two weeks with my bike, I ended up with a flat on the rear tire. I ride from my place to work, which is about 7 miles. When I arrived, my tire was flat. I reached out to Electric Bike Paradise, and they advised me to take it to a local bike shop for repairs. They said to send them the receipt, and they'd cover the cost.
